🐾 30-Day General Health Guarantee
All puppies sold by CapCity Bullys come with a minimum 30-day health guarantee from the date of purchase.
🩺 Initial Veterinary Examination Requirement (10 Days)
To validate this guarantee, the buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of purchase.
If, within those 10 days, a licensed veterinarian determines that the puppy:
- Is clinically ill, or
- Has died due to an injury or illness likely present on or before the date of sale,
the buyer is entitled to the following options:
✔️ Buyer Options:
- Return the puppy for a replacement puppy of equal value (when available), or
- Retain the puppy and receive reimbursement for reasonable veterinary expenses, not exceeding the original purchase price
⚠️ Disclosure Exception
These options do not apply if:
- CapCity Bullys provided a written veterinary health certificate, and
- The specific health condition was clearly disclosed in writing at the time of sale
🧬 Congenital & Hereditary Guarantee (30 Days)
If, within 30 days of purchase, a licensed veterinarian determines that the puppy:
- Has died due to a congenital or hereditary defect,
the buyer is entitled to the same options listed above (replacement or reimbursement).
📞 Buyer Notification Requirement
To remain eligible under this guarantee:
- The buyer must notify CapCity Bullys within 2 business days of the veterinarian’s diagnosis
- Notification must include:
- Veterinarian’s name
- Clinic address
- Phone number
- Written documentation of the diagnosis
❗ Failure to notify within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of all guarantee rights.
